Primary Focus Of Release
- Back end software changes
- Quick product addition tool using Amazon.com data
- Redesign of right hand column content
User-Facing
- Quick product creation tool added: this new tool to add products sources data from Amazon.com and allows users to add products with a simple search-and-select.
- Right hand column content redesign: the content in the right hand column has been reformatted; modules now include "Recent Reviews," "What Members Want," "Related Products," "Related Threads," "Related Wikis," and "Related Blog Posts".
- Adjustments to Advanced Search page layout: elements on the Advanced Search page were modified to enhance ease of use.
- Site Statistics footer bar reworded: the site statistics footer indicating the number of members and guests online display will now read "Currently, there are X Active Users (Y Members and Z Guests)."
- Additional "Advanced Reply" button removed from Quick Reply area in forums: this additional button was removed; users can access the Advanced Reply/full-page editor from the "Preview" function or from the "Advanced Reply" link at both the top and bottom of the thread.
- Reformatted private message reply area
- Improved performance on tag pages
- Javascript fixes for IE6 and IE7 FCK editor
- "All Featured Reviews" page: for sites with the "Featured Reviews" feature enabled, there is now an "All Featured Reviews" page available; this page is sortable by date or alphabetically.
Moderator-Facing
- Visibility of "banned" status in forums available to moderators: moderators will now be able to see a notification within forum threads for which users have been banned; this view is only accessible by moderators and administrators.
